hydrogen peroxide (HOOH) + acetic acid (CH3CO2H) under the right conditions forms.......
HOOH + CH3CO2H ----> CH3CO3H + H20
CH3CO3H is called peroxyacetic acid (aka peracetic acid)
peroxyacetic acid is highly corrosive and is an excellent oxidizer. it has relatively low toxicity but is very reactive and very corrosive and is not something you want on your skin. It can cause skin burns in concentrations > 2%.
So is it dangerous? if you know what your doing, you can mix this safely. If you don't, then it's dangerous. Just like most chemical reactions...

2H2O2 + CH3COOH--->O2 +2H2O + CH3COOH
The vinegar(5%acetic acid) could cause the peroxide to release its extra oxygen and become water.
