You did the important first step - freezing the account. You need to talk to the lawyer that is handling your divorce. If you don't already have a lawyer, get one. When this type of deception is involved, its hard to handle on your own. Your lawyer will need to list this as an account that your husband developed on his own without your knowledge, and get the court to rule that he is solely responsible for paying the money back to the joint stock account. Good luck!

2. Get a lawyer.
Have the lawyer prosecute the case.
When there is a joint account, both of you may have the right to withdraw from it, without consulting with the other.
1. You need to check the paperwork, and not make assumptions about what may or may not be done by one party of a joint account.

If it was a joint account, why did he forge your signature? If he took money from a joint account by signing his name, there is no illegal/fraudulent action.
