The cowboys are now Bikers, we ride steal horses. You don't have to wash the dishes for me baby dawl, I'll get ya a dishwasher and let's go have a beer, I traded a tractor for a Harley, and we can have Mike's Hard Lemonaide.. and make love by the railroad tracks at dusk.

This is the way I am too.
But it's because my husband works longer hours then I do.
So I like for him to come home and relax the rest of the evening.
I usually have a cooked meal ready for him when he gets home.
I do all the dishes, and he'll sit there and talk to me or go into the living room and relax.
Then when I'm done with the dishes, he's ready to enjoy my company.
My hubby needs time to unwind when he comes home, so that's usually his "alone" time when I'm getting dinner and cleaning up dinner.
But the weekends are different.
We both work together, to get things done around the house.
Then "he" takes "me" out to dinner.
Works for us.
I love it ;)

I would never allow my husband to treat me this way. He would definitely be my ex. If I cook, he does the dishes. If he goes out of a beer one night, then I go for a movie with gal friends another. Have him treat you the way you treat him. Otherwise you're not a team.

Yes totally. I do not work. I stay home with our son. In a way it is my job to wash the dishes and laundry. He makes the money. I am fine with it.

You married him, now you want him to change after you get married? I guess some other woman will get to try to "fix" him.
I suggest you go on the Oprah show, or Dr. Phil and get some patronization. You might even throw out a "men are all pigs" just for good measure.
Now back to my wife who became a virgin AFTER we got married.

I totally feel this way. My husband works very hard and if I am staying at home, that means I need to do the vast majority of work in the house. (with the help of kids). I love to serve him.

How about I finish the dishes and you go relax with a glass of wine? It sounds as if you deserve it...
