I don't know about disorder, as in born with it, but I do know that children who mouthbreath, because of allergies, small nostrils or whatever, learn to lower their tongue in their mouth, which exerts force on the jaw, resulting in an open bite. This continues to effect their jaw/bone development, posture, and many other physical aspects until corrected or deterred.
