I try to always give the best advise possible. Sometimes though, people ask the dumbest questions, and I'm sure the majority are the 13 and under kids that aren't even supposed to be on here. If you get a question like "what's a condom for", you know it's a kid and of course I'll give some smart-*** remark. Otherwise, I try to help as much as I can.

i have had a lot of thumbs down lately for the answers i have generously given some questions in this section. so i assume people think i am snotty. here is what you need to know: i could not care less!!!
the answers i give are the truth, they are fact, they are guaranteed to lead to good results. they are based on maturity, experience and priceless knowledge. i stand fully by every answer i have given here on this board.
maybe the question you could really ask is " why dont people just tell other people on this board who ask why their boyfriend does not marry them or why does their druggie husband beat them and steal from them that they are wonderful people and truly are victims of these other people?why do some people tell them the truth, that their own!! actions have led them to these problems and they themselves are responsible to fix their mistakes"???
so, the answer to your question is that some people pretend to come here for advice but dont really want any advice, they just want to complain. and that is why other people get snotty with them, because they have no respect for them and know they dont really want any good advice from anyone.
i have seen people actually write the exact same shocking question a year apart. does this mean the person learned nothing from the first question a year earlier??? that !!! is why people get snotty. if you read carefully you will quickly see that people who are sincerely wanting help are always answered by people you may think are snotty with great kindness and compassion.
i do notice on some questions that there are the people who will rush in and support anyone no matter how outrageous their question is. but i could not do that and still have my integrity. i would have no credibility, and i have a higher standard to uphold.
even tho i am a stranger to you and you are to me, i have to live with myself every day and i will always do that to the highest standards. i dont live my life by making excuses for bad things i do, i dont do bad things and that is what i offer here, another way of looking at a situation. snotty? whatever!!!!!

Many of the questions are legit and most of the answers I have read have been fair and honest, or so they seem. However, some of the questions asked are just bs, especially the ones that want specific personal info on sexual matters. I resent their pubescent, immature, perverted sexual innuendo being broadcast on this forum. And sometimes I just get enough of it and want to let them know.

Some people are deserving of the treatment they receive. When you post a personal question they are opening themselves up to a wide array of opinions and scrutiny. What can you really say to a girl that posts a question about sleeping with someone else's husband?

Actually we just "tell" it, as we "see" it.
We're not here to be your friends, you already have friends.
We're here to be honest with you, which sometimes friends have trouble doing.
So when I answer someones question, I do it with total honesty.
If I feel you did something wrong, I will tell you that.
Because I feel that you are on here, searching for honest answers.
And I hate to say it,
But sometimes the TRUTH hurts :{

lots of reasons..some ppl are just rude...some are stupid and want to sound smart, some are just ignorant and some questions are really dumb. Most r really asking for help and some just ask to BS ppl. It is hard to put your life out there and not get rude comments and it is harder to ignore them.
