According to an interview I read, it was just a catch phrase that is commonly used in England. It doesn't refer to a specific song

He is making reference to an 80's song by White Snake called Here I go Again.

It's a yee old english thing - when we do something over and over or it becomes routine then we simple say here we go again and i think he is just trying to place emphasis on it by saying and we sing....

Or he could be trying to promote another song of his called funny but true "Here we go again"
