yes, all you have to do is call the rectory and ask what is necessary for you to be married in the church. even if there is no annulment you can be married in the church, just not on the alter

By all means get married in a church. go to your local church , if you are regulars at a particular church and talk to the priest, pastor or whom ever it is in your church. If you don't attend church right now then you'd better start going. you will need to attend church for a number of weeks before you can set the "Bans" ( in case you don't know what that means) it's when a couples the intent to marry, is read out before the congregation for three weeks in a row, and if there is anyone who objects to the marriage they have a chance to come forward at that time and prove why this couple should not wed. After the Bans are read and all is well then you are free to marry in the Church. Congratulations

i assume you mean inthe catholic church, yes, if the church has granted him an annulment he can marry in the church again, if he has not started the process, it could take up to 10 years to actually have his marriage annulled. and the church is really strict about just annulling a marriage. They don't always grant one just cuz u want one!

Entirely depends on the Denomination. Different denominations have different rules. Best bet is to check with your Pastor, and if it happens to be a Roman Catholic Church you might consider speaking to him about making a substantial contribution to the Church. The Pope has decreed that Absolutions can be purchased, that practice goes back to the time of Pope Innocent, who according to record of History was far from Innocent. He instituted the Inquisition and the creation of the Catholic Military Force known as the Society of Jesuits.

if you are catholic and you can get the first one annulled you can do it. it simply means that you are not married and there are grounds for this if she conceiled something before marriage such as being pg or something even worse you can get it annulled. money is what they want for this period.

That depends on the church, and how strictly orthodox the minister is, etc. Talk to your priest and find out your options.
