I work for a front desk in a hotel which is cheap and not in English spoken country and my boss hired me because I speak English but I don't know how to say things correctly in English. Could you please help me to ask things when guests come into the front desk to check in?

"Hi, how are you sir?
Can I have your name please?
Ok hold on a second please.
I need you to fill this registration form and also I need a copy of your passport.
Do you have a car? (for asking if the customer used parking)
Do you need a recipt?
Would you like your name or your company name on the recipt?
We have a room for you which is for one night and a single where you can smoke.
I need you to pay for the room charge now(You have to pay the room charge at the Check In)
We have free breakfast from 630am till 930 in the morning and have free coffee service now until midnight.
Here is your recipt sir.
This is your room key sir.
Thank you very much and enjoy your stay."

Looks really good to me. I work for a hotel too and we ask the same things. Sounds to me like you are doing a great job keep up the good work

You may want to ask if the guest has stayed with you before, if Yes then you wont need to tell him were everything is.... If no welcome them and tell them were the pool and things are! (people are in a hurry at c.i so if you sence they are you dont need to point evertying out)

Actually, you're right on.

You have some mis-spelled words here, but, you're speaking to your guests, so it's not a big deal.

I guess my only suggestion would be "do you have a car", I would say "did you use parking". Some people may be confused.

In America, do you have a car means "do you own a car"...not necessarily that you brought it with you.

It looks really good to me. It's a lot to remember and you sound
very courteous. That is key when dealing with the public. Good
luck and hope you do well. I'm sure you will.
