This question implies two significant points
1. Jehovah is a distinct person from Jesus (who is called "Abaddon" in Revelation); and,
2. Certain human authorities are called "gods" in the bible

(Revelation 9:11) They have over them a king, the angel of the abyss. In Hebrew his name is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon.

This "angel of the abyss" certainly does seem to be the Messianic King Jesus Christ. What other single individual would uniquely seize and bind Satan for the duration of Christ's Millenial Rule?
...(Revelation 20:1-2) And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven with the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. And he seized the dragon, the original serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.
...(Revelation 20:4-6) Christ for a thousand years. ...[Heavenly resurrectees] will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with [Christ] for the thousand years.
