I vote for Houston.

Dallas is just like some pretty girl with an awful personality.
Austin is like a drunken frat boy on spring break.
San Antonio is for tourist.
The Rio Grande Valley is for winter Texans.
The Panhandle is Oklahoma light.
And I don't know enough about El Paso to have an opinion.
So that only leaves Houston.
