You have the freedom of speech in America, but Yahoo! owns this website. It's privately owned, therefore they can create whatever rules they feel are necessary to keep the bulk of their customers happy.

Think of it in the same terms you would think of a restaurant. If you got up in a restaurant and started swearing at the top of your lungs, chances are they'd toss you out and tell you not to come back, or they'll have you arrested for trespassing.
