I just finished watching Full Metal Alcehmist, amazing series but iffy ending... still a masterpiece in my opinion.
Now I am looking to watch something else... which series should I watch now:
Evangelion?
Cowboy Bebop?
Death Note?
Any other suggestions???

Of the ones you've listed- Cowboy Bebop, then Evangelion.
Those are masterpieces, far better than currently running popular series.
I also agree with Samurai Champloo, FLCL, One Piece and Bleach. Ruroni Kenshin and Yuyu Hakushou were quite good, too.
If you liked Full Metal Alchemist, try Witch Hunter Robin.

Or the oh so popular Bleach or Naruto.. I would recommend Black Cat, or for something more fun, Samurai Champloo. Wolf's Rain is one of my absolute favorite anime, but it's more dark and depressing than FMA.. moves a bit slower, too.

did you watch the Full Metal Alchemist movie? It continues where the series left off. It's all good but at the same time the ending is more annoying -_-

Naruto, Bleach, Samurai Champloo, Black Lagoon,..etc......watch them on http://veoh.com/ i think that is the best website for watching anime b/c the episodes are not in 2 pieces most of them are full episodes
