I am sort of a moody person but not that moody though. Sometimes I am very happy and the next minute *sniff *sniff--I'm sad. I hate when that happens. Also when I am moody I always shout @ people and later I regret it.

Well, i think moods r created by the individual himself. Mood- it just expresses how u feel at that moment.
U can definitely b great all the time if u just can control the mind.
And controlling the mind will become as easy as nothing if u keep practicing.
Just keep thinking Positive all the time.
If something happens that frustrates you or makes you fell angry or you just feel depressed about something, just try to calm yourselves. Just divert your thoughts to something pleasant and u'll find u'rself in a pleasant mood.
Its what you have in your mind that gets reflected as mood.
Keep your thoughts fresh, happy and lively, and u'll always find u'rself in a great mood.

Yesterday i wanted to set fire to myself and jump out the 4th floor window to live up to some 'star' title i hold. i went as far as sitting in the dark by candlelight and my laptop =/
And today i bought my first new top since the Chinese New Year in Feb and took 68 photos of myself wearing it =]
