NOTHING because I haven't believed in a "GOD" in over 50 years... ever since I got smart enough to know the whole religion thing is a fake and a joke.

My attitude now, at age 67, is: It is better to have a brain and NO religion than to have a religion and no brain.

Religion is a self serving entity that has, as it's only purpose for existance, the self preservation of itself.... Religion appeals to the sick and downtrodden by offering some pie-in-the-sky promise of 'salvation' or 'being with GOD' after death...

RELIGION IS A SHAM... and if you study it as long and as much as I have, by the time you are my age of 67 you will also conculde that the concept of GOD is manmade and it is NOT TRUE.

That is a great question. However, I don't think anything bad will happen to someone who believes in a God, but only half of what is believed turned out to be true. What a paradox. I have to think on this one, and you may have the makings of a terrific novel with this question. However, I am a gentleman and will not use it for myself.

Interesting question.

I've found that many expect god to micromanage their lives. That kind of god is non-existent.

Our creator on the other hand has chosen to allow us to encounter life away from him and without intervention so that we could truly come to recognize the difference between good and evil. Though many humans believe that punishments come from god, they are in fact only consequences of our behavior and moving away from the royal law, which is simply to treat others as we would have them treat us.

It can then be said that the "wrath of God" is nothing more than the non-intervention of more advanced and intelligent Beings who could help us but choose not to so that we can experience the hell we are creating for ourselves.

An excellent book about this is 666 The Mark of America Seat of the Beast.

If God exists and existed from before the beginning of time. what happens with me will happen.
If God does not exist and never ever existed, since I existed means that my life will have a course of it's own, regardless of divinity, so same what happens with me will happen as it did till now.
One can live a true full life regardless of their beliefs. Important thing is to be satisfied with who you really are, what you do, and what you think.
"God may or may not exist, but what if God exists?"(someone said it, not me)

Proving that God exist and proving that God doesnt exist...are still surrounded by mysteries that cant be explain. So what you cant explain you give that part to faith.
Some say that man invented God to explain the things that man cant explain. I for one believe there is a God, loving and merciful. what do you believe?

God cannot be half true. Either God is or is not.

technically, because of the fact that after the 1st time they're already 0.5 lifeless, the 2d 0.5 might relatively be 1 / 4 of the preliminary aliveness. so they may well be 3 quarters lifeless after the 2d time being scared 0.5 to loss of existence. that is an exponential decay factor.

It matters little whether I believe in God or not. I exist and that will continue to be the case no matter what I believe.

I would still have faith no matter if people somehow discovered that he was not true which is not the case and never will be. I would still think that he was up there because there is always someone who is trying to disprove him and if that means making up lies.

What? Are? You? Talking? About?
God is always true.
And what would happen to me? Ha ha... If he doesn't exist, I must not have existed as well. Everything would never have existed.
