I think it would be bad if you told them that you've had fantasies about killing the therapist in her sleep because of the stress that you have over the cost of therapy.

If you are serious about receiving therapy and want them to help you. You have to tell them the truth and tell them everything that is relevant to what ever they ask or whatever you are getting the therapy for. If you are not willing to be open and honest you might as not wast their time or your time.
