Alcohol is more dangerous. It's physically addictive whereas marijuana is only psychologicially addictive.
Both have their pros and cons, but alcohol is definitely the gateway drug, not pot.
Smoke on that ;)

Alcohol "Alcohol kills 6 ½ times the number of people killed by cocaine, heroin, and every other illegal drug combined." Have you seen the commercial where the girl is told that there's some sort of embarassing picture circulating and she goes, "oh I was so high last night" as if that's the reason she did something terrible that was caught on film? Unless they caught her with her face in a cake, this commercial just shows how nonsensical the anti-marijuana initiative is. When was the last time you woke up and thought "oh no I smoked so much pot I blacked out and did something terrible?" The only morning-after regret I have ever felt is the food hangover. However I have done some mortifying and even life-threatening things while drunk, which I why I much perfer pot to alcohol.

I find alcohol to be more "dangerous" than Mari J. Yuo lose so many basic functions under the influence of alcohol to the point where you can't even walk straight, weed just makes you stare at crap and gives you a hearty appitite... I highly suggest that Nicole Richie and other toothpick chicks ditch the nose candy and start smokin' up

Alcohol can kill you!
Marijuana can kill you!
If you are driving down the street when you are intoxicated with either substance in your body. You might not be paying as much attention as what you would without these in your system. You could hit a person, another car, a animal, or anything that is on the road.
If you are doing either one of these drugs have someone that doesn't have it in their system to drive! That is the best for you and everyone around you! You will thank them one day!

I don't really feel like that, ---it is dangerous if you get drunk AND smoke weed. If you get alchohol posining your body won't be able to get it out because Marijuana kills the regurgitating reflex. Marijuana is actually benefitial in a lot of ways. It's not as addictive--if it is at all-- as alcohol. I don't know as many dangerous stoners as I have heard of ignorant alcholics who who get out of hand from drinking too much.

Well, I haven't heard of people dying from having too much marijuana unless they are driving a car. I have heard of people drinking way too much and getting alcohol poisoning. I would have to say that drinking is much more dangerous!

more dangerous in what way?i'm from the first county in the united states that legalized the medicinal use of marijuana but the feds say its still illegal to grow or for doctors to prescribe...if you want to get technical the feds classify marijuana in the same catagory as heroin...which is b.s.........alcohol is way way more dangerous than marijuana and stupid alcohol is legal.....

marijuana is a herb it's not legalised in certain countries but it is used as medicine in some instances, but it is more likely use as a drug for meditation and to feel relax and alcohol is used randomly in our daily foods etc. sm of us are clueless of that, so i'd say both are dangerous to a certain extent but are useful in many aspects of our daily living but i think alcohol should be banned like any other drug becuz that's what they all r DRUGS!

It think alcohol is far more dangerous as it causes more accidents than people who smoke pot, most pot head's are far more mellow and calm than the drunks who get fiesty and vicious and fight with people for stupid reasons and cause un-necessary outbursts in bars or in quiet neighbor hoods! Around children and on the streets! :-)
