Without a full description of both sides, no one can really help you. Actually I need to know the denomination. Queen Anne ruled England (Great Britain) from 1702-1714. They minted silver coins from the silver Penny to the Crown.

Take the coin to a dealer. They will be able to tell you what the most up-to-date price on it would be. If you'd like to repost this question with pictures or scans of the coin the readers here might be able to give you a better estimate. Without pictures it is hard for us to give you a value on it. A lot of pricing depends on the condition and rarity of the coin. So again, your best bet would be a dealer.
Good luck!
