Psychoeducation can improve people's EQ. Much of it may be innate, but recognizing and managing the emotional states of oneself and others can be a skill that is marginally improved by psychology, social work or other social science education.

Hey ldb83 Lol I am living proof that it CAN'T be improved by education in psychology, social work and social sciences. Hehehe
