I like Vanessa Lyn and Presley Ann other than that they're all pretty choppy and they don't really flow...but that's just me...

I noticed you are using Ann a lot as a second name. Is it someone in your family? And Lynn? If not, what about Haylie Elizabeth, Dakota Louise, Dakota Michelle, Lana Maree, Anna Morgan? For the boy Cohen Scott, Morgan Joel, Christopher James (just threw that last one in because that's my son's name)

Stefani Morgan could also be Stephani Gwinn, to keep that connection to Gwen Stefani.
Dakota Ann could be Dakota Chianne. (pronounced like Cheyanne). Ann is too boring with such a strong first name!
Miley Day is not bad but maybe needs something more, like Milley Dayna!
Lana Lyn is a good combo!
Halle Michelle is awesome!
Haylie Ann, so-so, again, Ann just looks like no one could think up something else. How about Haylie Rae?
Vanessa Lyn is awesome too!
Anelyn Michelle, I think would look better as Analyn Michelle, great name!
Jovie Lyn (any connection to Bon Jovi? I like him too!) You could spell it as Jovi Linn. I love the look and sound of that! Very unique combo there!
Presley Ann - nada! Presley as a first name, not for a girl. This one I'd totally cancel!
And the same with Ramsey, great name for a boy so I'd move that one to your boy name list!
Joel Lee is good. Also you could have Jude Lee or Jay Lee. Another spelling of your names could be Joel Leigh, Jude Leigh, Jay Leigh. Looks more masculine. A girl name version could be Joey Lee as well! Kinda cute!
Cohen as a first name though, uh-uh! Very blah! Like Scott though! How about Corey Scott, Rory Scott?
Brody Miles, good combo!
Here's a few more boy names for you:
Levi Evan
Donovan Scott
Ramsey Leon
Good luck!

I like the name Jovie I think that is pretty, but not too sure about Lyn. I'm not too keen on any other the other names though to be honest. I think that Brody Miles has a ring to it, and Cohen is unique. Have you typed 'baby names' into a search engine? They have hundreds.
Good luck!

Girls
overall very trendy, celebrity inspired bland names
anelyn & Ramsey - do you really want anal or ram in your daughters' names?
Boys
again trendy, celebrity inspired names
joel lee - sounds like Jolie
Cohen is a Jewish surname with a strong religious significance and history going back thousands of years. I can't see it as a first name.
