I haven't used the kits, but from what I can get from the photos on the link, all these are are killifish eggs.

Killifish are unusual in that some live in areas which are seasonally wet, so the eggs have a period when they're only in semi-moist soil, then when rains comes and water is present, they'll hatch. So in a way, these are similar to brine or fairy shrimp or triops. Here's an article to some info about these: http://fish.mongabay.com/killifish.htm

I'm not sure what the price is (if what you saw was translated, converts to oriental characteris in your link!), but you can compare to the prices of killifish eggs offered on Aquabid: http://www.aquabid.com/cgi-bin/auction/auction.cgi?fwkillifishe . You'd need to research the conditions needed (pH, salinity) to try hatching these on your own - the kit will probably have everything you need, and all you'd have to do is add water.
