sure, if after talking to them, i felt comfortable with them and thought they could perform the duties of said job. Just cause they were in a mental ward doesn't mean they can't function, at least they got some kind of help/counseling. Can you imagine how many unstable people there are out there that probably need to be locked up?

Depends on what the job I'm hiring for is. If its something solitary, like night janitor, then yes I would consider it.
