Yes. They claim that Clinton had Potter put the hit on Voldemorte to prevent him testifying at the impeachment hearings. Ken Starr says that the recordings from "He whom we do not name's" crystal ball would have clinched convictions on several counts of the indictment.
We'd like to give it a rest, Kathy. But, if it weren't for beating dead horses, Busheviks wouldn't get any exercise at all. So the same old false accusations keep coming up and need putting down over and over.

Dude, Lord Voldemort is not defeated. He comes back in the next two books to menace Harry. And can we please stop dragging up Bill Clinton? He hasn't been President now for 7 years.... Give it a rest....
