my brother is going to be a storm trooper this year.
i don't know if he has gotten his costume yet, but while we were on vacation he bought a one piece storm trooper helemt from disneys' star wars store.
anyways he despriction on that costume says that the mask is two piece. so to answer your question yes the helmet is two piece. an not very realistic looking if you ask me. you should get helmet that that site sells for like $65
