Toche is a Spanish word. It's mostly a Venezuelan/Colombian word, but it's a curse word meaning idiot.
Touche is a French word, meaning touch. When you are sword fighting and an opponent touches you with a sword you say touche, which means that it scored a hit. Touche is used in English to mean that you scored a point, often when in an argument.

It is a French word, accented on the final "e" which is pronounced long "a". It means "touch" and is used in fencing when one scores a hit. "gotcha". It is also used in conversation when someone ends an argument with a touch of barbed wit. "ooh, that hit home." Ex: "My reply was so devastating that all she could say was, "touche."

It's touché, it's used to acknowledge a hit in fencing or the success or appropriateness of an argument, an accusation, or a witty point.

In fencing, touché (French: touched) is used as an acknowledgement of a hit, called out by the fencer who is hit. A referee can call out touche (French: touch) to refer to a touch being called - for example, the French call for "no point" is "pas de touche" (French: lack of touch).

I think it a word used in "Fencing"? Spelling? Sword fighting. In practice they would say "Touche" when a person get a good stab.
In general talk. Say two people are in a "cut down" match. Here an example;
"Your momma wears Army boots"
"Oh, really? Your momma big enough to be an Army"
Everyone may say; "Touche, good comeback".
One more; We Fencing and I stab you in the Heart. You may say; "Touche, nice stab, now it my turn". Stabbing me in the throat.
