There is no charge. Fill out forms @ your nearest SS office, listings are in the phone book or you can go online to get a LOT of info. on this. It might be listed under U.S. Government as well as social security Offices.

It cost me a postage stamp. It's free, I called the social security office and they sent me the paper work. I did have to send a copy of my birth certificate

It doesn't cost anything. They will need to mail it to you though, so it could take a couple of weeks. You will need to go down to the SS office and fill out a form (unless it can be done online now--which I doubt) and then just wait for the mail.

I don't think it costs anything. You just need to go to the nearest SS office and apply for a replacement card. I don't think they issue copies, just replacements.

0$$$$ .....JUST GO TO SS Administration and ask for the copy of YOUR SS card. They will not give you copy of anybody else, unless you are authorized.
