First the man buys the lady several drinks the rest is left to hoping shes drunk enough followed by a series of drunken thrust followed by the breaking of the old piece of **** condom that should have never been used in the first place, and finally with the flip of a coin God decides weather or not to give you a boy or girl.

Have sex and flip a coin.
There is no way to make a boy or girl. You get pregnant. Mother Nature takes care of the rest.
Of course you will have some people who believe in all of those Hokey Pokey superstitions telling you to rub a dead chicken on your belly to get a girl - but trust me, that nonsense doesnt work.
