It depends on what you want.
If you want same-letter names, I would go with M, E, or S.
Such as:
Erin/Eli/Emily
Michael/Miriam/Marie
Susie/Shannon/Samuel.
If you want completely different letters, you could try to spell either your husbands initials (A) or your initials (B). Or, you could try to take the first letter of your name, the first letter or your name, and the first letter of your last names (C)
Examples:
A: Let's say your husbands name is John Michael Smith.
Joseph/Melissa/Samantha
B: Let's say your name is Kate Allison Smith
Kylie/Adam/Sandra
C:
Let's use the names Kate Allison Perkins and John Michael Smith again.
Katrina/Jackson/Shannon
Hope I helped! Good Luck!

Dont go w/ a theme or similar sounding names. many multiples resent being seen as part of a package (plus they all ready have to share almost everything) so please give each one their own name. Jenny, Penny and Lenny just aint gonna fly. Sure it may be cute when they are little but soon it will burden them. I like names that can grow with children. So they can be called a more juvenile name when they are small and then chose a more grown up one later. For example i like Sarah/Sadie, Elizabeth/Ella and William/Liam.

None of my children had names before they were born. However I did have a few that I liked short listed . You could do the same. You might like to wait until your babies arrive and begin to show you their little personalities before you name them. A name is an identity that your child wears forever, not just as a tiny babe, but for many, many years as an adult. Congratulations.
