what is the shortcut key to move between excel worksheets within the same excel workbook?

I know that pressing Alt+Tab help you to move between different program windows, but what if I want to move between excel worksheets within the same excel workbook?

CTRL + PG DN. CTRL + PG UP.

hold ctrl, and tap page down / page up to move back and forth - down will move one sheet to the right, up will move one sheet to the left.

also, CTRL + TAB switches between open workbooks.

Just click on the sheet tabs on the bottom of the Excel screen.
