Masturbation is not something magic or mystical. Just using your hand to stimulate yourself and climax and ejaculate semen. No different physiologically from having sexual intercourse and using a vagina for stimulation. Just simply solo sex. You are designed as a male to have sex, your penis and testicles and other organs are designed to do what you are doing. No side effects from a natural bodily function whatsoever. No reason there would be any side effects. All this crap about going blind, running out of sperm, growing hair in wrong places is all myth. Nearly every male on the planet has masturbated, so look around. Almost 100% of all guys your age, and all guys older, currently masturbate or did a lot when younger. Includes your dad, uncles, grandfathers, male teachers, every guy. Solo sex is the safest sex you can have, and human males are designed to have the urge to have sex practically all the time as teens. Easy and simple way to control that urge is to have solo sex.

Masturbation does not have any negative effects on your physical and psychological health. In fact, masturbation is a healthy part of sexuality and probably has some benefits to your physical and psychological health

The only thing I can say is that if your doing it while your in a relationship(pretty often that is) it replaces the sex life you could have with your partner....and really hurts the relationship.
