I guess my answer is "Beer & Sugar".
I wouldn't go so far as to call it a "garden", but two days ago I concocted some "paint" for Moss Graffiti by taking a few clumps of moss, rinsing out the dirt & rocks, and putting it in a blender with a can of beer & 1/2 teaspoon of sugar until it was a nice liquidy consistency. Then I used a paintbrush to paint some images with it in a dark, damp area, and I'm still waiting for the results.

What garden? I live in the desert. There's fertile farmland nearby, down by the river, but I'm in the desert and it's all I can do to keep my backyard grass alive.

I am in the Midwest where we have a severe drought. Most everything has died in the garden.

Well, it needs water...a lot....my garden is quite nice, but it's a sad place for me.....it reminds me of my grandfather.....it is his masterpiece, but now it's not as beautiful as it was during his life....I have many flowers, especially roses.....my cat loves it, because it's the place where she dates her lovers....;))
