Take your left index finger and pull your top eye lid up.
Take your right middle finger and pull your bottom eye lid down.
Also dont forget to put the contact on your right index finger.. When you pull your eye lids just place the contact right onto your eye and it will just stay there.

i put mine in by balancing the contact lense on my index finger, pulling my lower eyelid down with my middle finger, then putting my contact lense on my eye. works for me
the best way to find out what's easiest for you is trial and error, and to begin with using a mirror (ideally those makeup mirrors which magnify) so you can see what you're doing

You know how the eye doctor says look up or down or something? Honestly, that really doesn't work, well for me. I just look straight ahead and put the lens right dab in the middle of my pupil. You don't have to look around in circles finding where you put it. It only takes about 2 minutes for me to put my contacts in.

At first it is best to use a mirror with a table or desk in front of you. Make sure you lean over the table when inserting them in case you drop them. It just takes practice. Soon, you will be putting them in without a mirror!

Put one on ur index finger with the edges not touching your finger only the round part and blow on it till it gets dry and it will fit easily into ur eye..It worked for me!

just use your finger and stare straight ahead, not at the contact. It works the best. You'll get used to it in no time!!

just put lens on your middle finger, hold your eye lid open with your ring finger and index finger and put it in, easy.

pu the contact on your index finger...lower the bottom of your eye with your ring finger...and raise the top of your eye with your laft index finger and put it in..like this can you see me
