Santana. He has proven himself as a Grade A starter where as Liriano could have a bright future without anymore injuries.

Santana - no doubt. Liriano had a great season last year, but one year doesn't compare to the multiple Cy Youngs of Santana's.

You say when they are healthy. Well heck, throw in the health/injury card too. Johan has been going strong for several years now. Liriano had to have major surgery just after one season (not even a full season at that).

Not even a contest. Johan has done it for five years now, where as Liriano did it for part of a season and then his arm exploded. Liriano may also never be the same pitcher again. He has no committment to the game like Santana does, through his rehab he has not done the work needed to get back on time and has been teetering on quitting altogether. Check out the Cy Youngs that Johan has...he is the real deal and will look great in a different uniform when he comes up for free agency.

Probably Johan Santana because he has been doing really well for the past few years but Francisco Lariano was doing really well before his surgury but after his arm heals i think he will be just as good as Johan Santana.

Johan, because they are both young still but Johan is older so he has more experience. Plus we have only seen Liriano for one year. Who Knows what he'll be like once hes healthy again.
