Let's assume that he does have a below average IQ. Have you ever stopped to see what that makes you gibbering libs? Seems to me that if he is as dumb as you would like to believe, that makes you people a lot dumber because you got beat by him twice.

It has been published that his IQ is 91. Average is 100.

Most presidents have much higher IQs. Of the presidents in the latter 20th Century Bill Clinton had the highest with Woodrow Wilson taking it in the early part of the 20th Century. Now we are in the 21st Century and we start out low. Things can only get better. By the way all those running, on both sides, have above average IQs from what I have read.

Careful, since Bush was voted into power, because people identified with him, his IQ says a lot about that of 51% of the population of the USA.
(By the way, statistically, the USA is with an average IQ of 91% on 121 place of the 222 nations on earth, The Germans Danes and Dutch have the highest with 110%)

I am sure that it is a lot higher than that, because he successfully graduated from both Yale University and from Harvard Business School. I would guess about 110 to 120. He was very found to have cheated in school, unlike Senator Kennedy.

I seriously doubt that any man who has obtained the office of the Presidency has an IQ below average, and, in fact, might suggest that above IQ's are normal for this select group of individuals, including George W. I do not like his failed policy in Iraq, however, one must give credit where credit is due.

You have not been around people with an I.Q. below 90 in your life more then likely and Bush is around 105-120 .

His problem is not his intelligence its his stubbornness and or his believe that he is right and no matter what will not change his mind .

If he was in charge of the rescue operation even after 3 rescue workers were killed and others injured and told the mine is unsafe would still continue to send men to their deaths .

Thats not stupid its stubborn .

you assume he didn't cheat...............
he has used brokering, influence and deals in all other arena's.
his IQ is consistently listed at 120ish, just smart enough to be dangerous...................
IQ testing leads to dangerous assumptions, since intelligence quotient , or grade point average for that matter, is more about memorizations, yakking up facts and status quo/accepted views -than independent thought.

A much more dangerous predicter for Bush is his history of deceit and failed enterprises, bailings out by father, big oil bedfellows and mostly a good and evil fundamentalism that led to a mess in mesapotamia....................

(I test consistently in the 140's and it gets you nothing but grief, when you question the status quo and the 120 gate keepers are threatened by independent thought, unless you are born into upper crust.)

His dad paid for his grades.........why didn't his dad buy "A"'s then? (I sense jealousy or stupidity. What does this question prove anyway?)

I must be a genius if the average is 100. (IQ 122).

I can tell the IQ of the asker by this question, what a way to prove your intelligence.

Rant away my fair liberal.

Supposedly he has an above average IQ - I think it's around 120.

Proof that having a high IQ doesn't prevent you from making ill-informed choices regarding invasion and occupation of countries that posed no threat to the US when you surround yourself with people who stand to make a massive profit (cough, cheney, cough) from it.
