I am sure they audition anytime. If you are a woman, you would have a better chance of getting into the business. If you are a man, there is a long line in front of you.
What I would suggest, do amature porn. If you are gifted, then, you could easily get a video camera, or get a few friends together that is willing to film you, find a mate, who is also willing to be recorded and go from there. Create your own, and sell them online. You would probably make more money that way, since you are the actor, director, producer, etc. It would cost some money to get started, but you could end up making money off of it. If you had a "gimmick" like the bangbus, or the milfhunter, then you could make money.
