Yes, I do believe there is life somewhere else in the solar system even though it may not be a life form similar to ours.

My view is that if life is an accident, it ought to happen elsewhere too in the totality of the unimaginably vast and huge space and time that the Universe represents. On the other hand, if it has been specifically designed or created by the Great Creator, it is unlikely to be elsewhere.

I have never come across a true creator ever wanting to replicate his or anyone else's creation!! Accidents, on the other hand, can be prone to repetition.

I would say that 'life' on another planet is a foregone conclusion. It's the 'intelligent life' that seems to cause a bit more debate. But, I believe that in an infinite universe, there are infinite possibilities. It's almost certain that many different other forms of life exist.

It gets deeper: not just another planet, another planet just like this one in a whole 'nother universe. Imagine our universe being like a cell in a very large body (eternity), and every universe contains another planet Earth and another You. Most of the time You would be doing the exact same thing on every planet, or would you? I do believe, and it makes for a good story.

Yes, there are too many places for it, and that is just based on our view of life as carbon based. If you take into consideration the many other types there could be, the probabilities are in favor of life elsewhere.

Well, we have to go SOMEWHERE so yeah. I mean we don't just hang around nothingness for the rest of eternity do we? I don't believe in Heaven or Hell but I believe in something... I just don't know yet.

Given the staggering size of the universe, as one sci-fi author put it, if we're alone, that's an awful lot of wasted space.
