I don't have any thoughts on the Polish.
If you want to know about their stereotypes, they are considered Russian and just grouped into the Russian stereotypes: vodka drinkers, tough, poor, could be outside naked in sub-zero weather.

Just people like any other people. If you are referring to the stereotype of stupidity you should be aware of what that stems from. During World War II, the German Blitzkrieg attacked Poland. The antiquated Polish forces fought on horseback against modern Panzer tanks. Now some people interpreted this as extremely stupid of the Polish while others see it a remarkably courageous. But the suggestion that this was an example of Polish stupidity stuck, unfortunately.
