At the very moment you asked your question Mercury the planet of curiosity and information gathering was in a direct and rather hard alignment with the position Venus holds in your birth horoscope.

As well, I find Mercury holding a secretive and veiled twelfth house position and in transit upon a new, early degree having just entered the sign of Virgo - indicating to me a restlessness of the heart.

The union between Mercury and Venus is suggestive of your having either just recently met and of having overpowering thoughts and feelings for someone new (and younger), or privately, alone in your head struggling with a difficult CHOICE -- perhaps finding yourself having feelings for someone outside of the partnership you already have.
