By whom would she have had this hypothetical daughter?
If, of Diana's many known lovers, the father were to have been Will Carling, former captain of the England Rugby team, let's hope the poor girl wouldn't have turned out to be a hooker!

This is not a question. This is you looking for people to agree with your dreams for what you do not have. Why is this not a question? Diana was killed in a car crash 10 years ago! Questions like this will continue to make the lives of her son miserable by their askers not growing up and letting Diana go. If you want to base your self on the English Royalty, go investigate Sophie of Wessex or one of the others. The ones who are alive !

A daughter's looks often depend in large measure on her father's genetic traits. If her dad had dark hair and eyes like Dodi Al-Fayed, she probably would have most likely inherited his dominant genes for hair and eye coloring. A daughter would have also been fairly tall since Diana was 5' 10".
Certainly, there's no question that many daughters have inherited their dad's looks; for example, Lisa Marie Presley and Caroline Kennedy look like their dads.

Unless he looked like Harry. William is a knock out as was John Kennedy! I think she would be stunning just like her mother! Diana wasn't so beautiful, but, she had charisma and class!

How it is supposed to work is the boys take after mom in looks and the girls take after Dad in looks. Sorry to say, but, she would have been one ugly little girl. Put that princly nose on a girl! Nope.
