Your car takes 5w20 oil. Choose a good brand, Castrol, Penzoil, etc.

The coolant is any brand you like. I have regularly used Prestone Antifreeze.

Any brand of windshield washer fluid. RainX makes a good washer fluid.

Good luck.

I'd strongly suggest Ford's specification the use of high quality 5w-20 Havoline, Valvoline, Quaker State or Ford's Motor-craft Brand. Please, never use 10W- 40 in any motor unless the manufacturer specifically states it's necessary on the specification page in your handbook. It will not carry hat away from moving parts as well as the recommended 5W-20, it robs you of horsepower as the oil pump has to work harder and as tests conclude that as 10W 40 ages slightly the 10W end of cold oil becomes a slightely higher viscosity. Thus it will not pump to critical engine parts as fast as 5W-30. Ford has a spec. antifreeze also. I've got a sneaky suspicion It's nothing more than Dex-Cool in a Ford Motorcraft bottle. Don't quote me though.
I'm quite parial to Rainex windshield washer fluid.

Coolant is the yellow ford type, w/washer fluid is your choice. Your oil filler cap will list the viscosity of the oil-use a name brand
