They average $25. - $50 depending on the make model and brand of car. If you absolutely know which of the two power steering lines are leaking you could buy it at NAPA, Car Quest, Advance Auto, Auto Zone and have an independent mechanic replace it.
As the other person as said: Don't drive it any more than a couple of miles before you get it fixed because of permanent power steering pump damage form oil starvation.

mine leaked, chevy cavalier 2002 and I went to a parts store, after I cut a piece where the leak was under the car where a clamp holds it to the body of car and held moisture hence the leak, ate piece was $8 ,then I needed a compression fitting, I already had the flairing kit and did the job in 20 mins. but to have a mechnic do it probaly 70-100 bucks,if you live in or around central ny, I would do it for 20 dollars, plus parts....good luck,do not think that the fix a power steering stuff works either it dont....

If there is not any glaring leak there ought to nonetheless be a pinhole leak in a hose that may not seen. to verify this you need to use a bite of unpolluted cardboard (no longer a greasy pizza field) and maneuver it around the hoses together as engine working and steerage wheel being moved, the fluid would be atomized and not seen yet will ensue on the cardboard.

The power steering system has two hoses; a high-pressure hose (to the gearbox) and a return hose (from the gearbox). The return hose is a simple, common piece of automotive hose and should run you less then $10. The high pressure hose can run you up to $50. Regardless, follow the advise of those above me and change the hose ASAP.

Probably not very much at all. But depending on whether the hose is on the inlet or the outlet, this can cause serious damage to the power steering pump, which can be expensive. My advice is to get it replaced ASAP

Fix it quick, it just gets worse. $30 for the part, labor varies. Give the shop a call for an estimate.
