No. but writing a love letter takes the right words to express one's feelings, words from deep within the heart spiritually but use in word form, think about what you really want to say but be romantic-wise so the person will actually feel that you're in their presents and wanting the note to be realistic, so go ahead put that pen on paper and keep on the right track in saying what you feel. best of luck with your letter !!!

not really a love letter. maybe a "like" letter. im not sure what makes one a good one. just as long as u let them know u have feelings for them. writing the "like" letter was a mistake for me. i was good friends with my guy friend and when i wrote one to him, we never saw each other again. i was upset, but i got over it eventually.

No, never did. I'd feel silly. I guess a love letter it's only good if you're the recipient of it and not the one sending it.

Expressing what is love...not saying that you Love the person until the very end. It should be like poetry of prose, working to a final crescendo of emotion.

i hav never written one, but i hav recieved a few and they were awesome. they were so fun to read b/c they were in spanish and i was hardly able to understand them. I agree that they need to be mushy and maybe hav a poem or some corny punch line in them. length does matter, but if u make it too long, like 25 pages, it is definately overdoing it.

Something from the heart. Tell them how you feel about them, from the tip of your nose to the tip of your toes. Tell them how you dream about them and what happens in those dreams. Tell them what reminds you of them. You may want to sprinkle a line from a favorite poet in there.

Just my 2 cents, keep on writing!

nah, I wrote a song to a person.

When writing a good love letter, just spill out your feelings there, tell him/her tenderly that
"I love you, I want to spend most of my time with you" or
"I am happy with you" or
"I'll be here for you, whatever it takes and I'll love you forever" or "I'm willing to wait until you learn to love me too" or
just simply "I love you"
