Yes, I conceived on my first round of IVF. I had three embryos transferred back and one of them implanted. Just try to relax and wait the two week until you can find out. Just so you know, I never had implantation bleeding that everyone talks about and I didn't have any real signs at first. It might have been because of all the drug they had me on. Also if you conceive with IVF, make sure your OB treats you as a high risk pregnancy, as I found out, you are at risk for a lot more different complications then other people. My thoughts are with you for a successful IVF. I am getting ready to undergo egg retrieval so I know how you feel.

I haven't had IVF either, but I just wanted to let you know my friend had two embryos transferred and both of them implanted. She is PG with a boy and a girl. :-) It was her first attempt at IVF. Her husband was in his middle 40s and she was in her late 20s. He had low sperm mobility and that was their only option. Good luck and lots and lots of sticky vibes for you. I'm afraid I'm going to have to have IVF done as well.

I haven't tried IVF but my boss's sister did and she got pregnant on her second try. She was 40 or 41. Good luck and thankyou for your lovely answer to my question before!!
