Jesus doesn't give up on anyone last I checked.

That's a hard question. The bible says that a good Sheppard will leave the 99 sheep and go find the 1 lost. I do realize that hope has run out for the miners and I pray for their families.

No Jesus probably wouldnt but then Jesus is immortal and wont be killed in the rescue process like the people who are trying to make the awful decision of whether to continue or not!

No Jesus wouldn't give up on these men but it isn't Jesus that is going down in these mines to get them. It's just mortal men that are and they don't need to lose their lives doing this. These men are more then likely dead, it has been two weeks now. So I would say that these bodies will be retrieved but it should be done slower and more safely so that more men don't lose their lives.

Jesus doesn't give up on anyone. We give up on Him, way too often.
I believe He comforts the suffering & blesses them with grace & courage.
