Well I Have bought 1 male guppy and 2 female guppies well atchally i already had the male but i got the females so they could breed but my male is just hiding from the females behind the filter and never coming up for food also when he does come out the females chase him then he just goes back into his filter hiding place. what should i do and what is wrong should i put 1 female in another tank or what?

If this is within the last few days that you got your females, give the male a little time to adjust to having them in the tank. If more than a week or 2 goes by, you might need a different male because some are frankly wimps.

hes just scared you shoud gat a new male. he might perk up
