You have a very nice squad. I'm not sure quite where to rate you as I think there is one very important move you have to make yet.

Your team has only one significant hole, the #2 WR spot. Some people may say it's TE, but TE isn't a very productive position in general unless you're able to land a top 3 TE. I don't think you will be happy with the production of any of the WRs behind Smith. None of the other WR's are the primary targets for their respective teams.

This is what I propose. Unless you start two QB's in your league's format I'd trade either McNabb or Palmer, moreso McNabb due to the injury concerns, and acquire a top notch WR to put opposite Smith. McNabb's preseason performance should be able to get you a top five WR in trade. The move is going to give the other team the better fantasy player, but the solidifying of your roster will more than make up for that. If you are able to do it, your team will be Superbowl bound, injury permitting of course.

I hadn't even considered the possibility that your league format might start Three WRs. If this is the case, such a move is Vital.

I apologize. I just re-read and pondered your question more thoroughly. You were asking only for a rating, not advice. 6.5 out of 10.

QB's are booked (3 over-decent QB's)
RB's look decent (? over wht will go down with Deangleo Williams though)
WR's are nice. Smith and Stallworth with the others will carry you
TE's In my opinion you really should only have one, but it's still a good couple
K's are where your weakness is. One thing is for sure, you ONLY NEED 1 K for the whole season and try to pick up a better one.
Def: Over-average defense (pretty nice)

Overall: 7/10 - Built up Team

You should try and trade either Mcnabb or Palmer to try and get a better Defense or Kicker or Tight End. Other than that problem, I give you an 8/10.
