I dont remember the lyrics or the girls name. But I used to see the video on CMT all the time around 2002-2003. It had a younger girl, brown hair, singing about someone she was missing in heaven. She was sitting on a swing through most of the video, and the song was dedicated to her daddy who had died when she was a smaller little girl. If anyone can help me, I will love you forever!!!!

I really can't think of any lyrics. I wish I could. But she's talking about someone she is missing. And at the end, she makes it clear that its to her daddy who died when she was little. Goodness, i wish I could think of just ONE exact line from the song. But it really used to touch me back when I used to see it on TV all the time.
The girl was young, about 12-15 years old. Cute, but kind of plain. Something about her teeth or lips stands out in my mind. Cute voice. Not super COUNTRYish, but was always on CMT....
that's all I have!! sorry!! any suggestions as to something close or who she could be?!
