Dont ever have a shower or go to the toilet after conception!!! Also try to eat well and live well, have a holiday for week (in the middle of the monthly cycle of course) and drink wine and have a good time - RELAX it will come! Dont ever be desperate!!!!

Breathe and relax. You are probably so tense and stressed that you body couldn't handle the added stress of pregnancy. Go have a holiday and get away from your family. Do whats right for you and hubby, not them.

if you get stressed then your hormones will play up and make conceiving really hard.
this has nothing to do with your relatives.you must have a baby for YOU. not for them!. as you have been trying for 4 years i strongly advise you go get checked out (both youand hubby) as by now you will need things looked into.

too heck with your relatives. if you feel you need to have a child due to family pressure for god sake DONT. you need to take your husband together and be checked out by a specialist. they will determine what the problem is and attempt to fix it. i urge you to have a child for the right reason, because you want and are willing to love one, not to please the family or neighbors.
