I get a charge from my cell phone for over 200.00 because some kids was down low some games from my cell phone.

It is called downloading and you can call your cell phone company and somehow either prevent downloading from the phone or make a password that nobody else knows except you for all account activity.

you have to put application dowload block on the phoe call your customer service number and they can do it right over the phone for you

ohh you mean download. you can prevent kids from downloading by:
1. keeping them away from the cellphone
2. give them limited account balance
3. kids dont need cellphones -.-
