I think it would suck. I mean imagine it.
You're laying there, your screams muffled by the blood pouring from your lips. Your heart is slowly stopping its beating. You feel every inch of your body in pain, the torn flesh, blood staining the ground below you. As the bear tears and rips gashes into your soft flesh..
Yeah, it would suck.

It dont tickle. I was bit years ago while fighting one off my buddy, dam near took my leg and just about killed my friend.
