how can i make my eyes big?

I'm asian so I was naturally born with smaller eyes than most people, and after years of experience from experimenting with every possible way the only thing that works is this:

Firstly line your top (NOT BOTTOM) eyelids with a black eyeliner, this will really open them up, especially if the line is thick.

Then get a silver eyeshadow pen and make a dot in the inner rim of your eyelids, then smudge it slightly so it's not too obvious, but so you can still see it.

Lastly use the silver eyeshadow pen to lightly run a line across the bottom of your eye where your bottom eyeliner would normally go (LIGHTLY!! or else you'll look like an alien). This helps to open them up as well. For best effects go for natural, understated tones for the rest of your makeup (foundation, lipgloss etc.) so your eyes will really stand out.

and remember, this may work for me, but not for everybody. Start with what's up there and maybe make little adjustments for it to better suit you (more/less shadow/liner, different colours, etc). Experimenting and experience is the key to success ;)

you can use mascara and eye liner. blaack ones make the eyes look bigger. and curl your eyelashes about 45 degrees upwards so there's an illusion that the eyes are bigger. if you are not comfortable with the curler, just use mascara. when you go over the lashes, hold it there for 5 seconds or more. the lashes will curled up. of course if your lashes are stubborn (i have got a friend who's like that), then you need ultra-strong curlers. heated ones available nowadays.. but dont burn yourself!

Use a thickening and separating mascara--two in one--on your lashes without using eyeliner. It makes your eyes look bigger and brighter.

When putting on eyeliner, don't line the top and only line half of the bottom--from the outside edge to the middle.

Only put mascara and eyeliner on your top lashes and line the inner half of your bottom lid with white eye shadow. For eyeshadow, use a color opposite your eye color so your eye pops even more (ie, if you have green eyes try purple eye shadow).

If you're a girl, you could always use makeup. Eyelining the half of the outer corner of the lower lash and the top with liquid eyeliner.Dark shadows on the outside...
Drawing attention to your eyes will make them more apparent.
If you're a guy I'm afraid you can't do much. Plastic surgery, perhaps?
